Important Information for Brazil Residents

This document supplements the “Important note regarding customer privacy” provided to you by Deutsche Bank Wealth Management (“DB WM”).1 Please review the information in that document carefully as it describes the personal information (personal data) about you that DB WM collects and processes, and how that data is used or shared by DB WM with affiliates and third parties. Please also note the following additional information which we are providing to you pursuant to the requirements of LEI 13.709/2018 Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais, or the Brazilian General Data Protection Legislation (“LGPD”).

DB WM is a data controller of your personal data for purposes of the wealth management services we may provide to you. Pursuant to Article 18 of the LGPD, you are entitled to obtain from DB WM, in

relation to the personal data relating to you that is processed by DB WM, at any time and upon request:

Confirmation of the existence of processing;
Access to the data;
Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data or of data processed in noncompliance with the provisions of the LGPD;
Portability of the data to other service providers or suppliers of product, at the express request, in accordance with the regulation of the body of public administration responsible for supervising, implementing and monitoring the compliance with LGPD in Brazil, and regarding commercial and industrial secrecy;
Deletion of the personal data processed with your consent, except in the events set forth in Article 16 of the LGPD;
Information of the public and private entities with which DB WM carried out the shared use of data;
Information on the possibility of denying consent and on the consequences of the denial; and
Revocation of the consent, pursuant to the provisions of §5 of Article 8 of the LGPD.
